Your receipt and welcome email with sign-on info are on the way! Within 5 to 10 minutes, you will receive email from us at the email address you typed in or that was already associated with your account if you used PayPal (sometimes this can be an older / alternative email address for you). 

 

This welcome email will contain your password for accessing the course along with a link for you to register your preferred contact information, custom final exam password, license number and name as is appears on your license. Such information ensures we locate your official DBPR license record and, in turn, report your completion accurately. 

 

If you do not receive your welcome email within 10 minutes, then simply send us an email via the Contact Us link of our webpage. Be sure to include the email address you prefer. We will then manually send your welcome email. The original welcome email may have went to your email's spam folder, so it is a good idea to check there as well. You can also reach us by phone at 904-701-8634, and in doing so be sure to leave a detailed voice message that includes your email address.
